What is the data exit policy for Vaultastic?

At Vaultastic, we are committed to providing our customers with complete control over their data. If you decide to exit the Vaultastic service, we will support you in a seamless transition.

Data Export Options

• Self-Service Export: You can export your data in portable formats (PST, EML) directly from the Vaultastic console. This option is suitable for smaller data volumes.
• Assisted Export: For larger data volumes, our support team can assist you with exporting your data using AWS Snowball or Snowcone devices. We will handle the logistics and provide guidance on the process.

Cost Transparency

Since the billing model is pay per use, data egress and the use of AWS Snowball/Snowcone devices are subject to additional charges based on the volume of data exported. We will provide you with a detailed cost estimate before initiating the export process.

Support and Assistance

Our dedicated support team is available to assist you throughout the data export process. We can provide guidance on planning your migration, validating your exported data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
